DIY Halter Top Skater Dress | Circle Skirt Party Dress Sewing Tutorial

In todays tutorial youll be learning how to sew this super cute halter top skater dress! Its a fairly easy dress to sew and you wont need any store bought patterns or zippers to make it because it uses a stretch knit fabric! The flowy circle skirt is flattering on many body types from smaller frames to plus size girls and the halter neckline adds a stylish and trendy touch.\r

I wore this dress to a family wedding and got lots of compliments on it - it was the perfect dancing and party dress with the circle skirt thats perfect for spinning! You could make it with a fun pattern like I did or choose solid colors… it would make a great silhouette for a Little Black Dress!\r

Youll need:\r
2 yards of a stretchy knit fabric (mine was 60 inches wide)\r
A tank top for a template\r
